The ODDA 21 Fall/Winter 2021 issue, “Backward and Forward” features three different covers that focus on ways we place ourselves in the past, our vision of the future, and the actions we take to still create and enjoy the moments we have through perseverance, commitment, and the ability to fulfill our dreams.
For this September issue, we decided to have just one personality for the cover, and for the first time we chose a man. It has been nine and a half years since we launched our first issue and during all of these years, we have featured outstanding women in single cover launches, including Sigourney Weaver in 2018 or Adwoa Aboah in 2019. For us, however, this was the right time to come full circle, just before our 10th anniversary; we felt it was an appropriate direction to take, especially with someone who hasn’t had any involvement with the fashion industry prior to this — the NBA player, Tyler Herro.
