1. What is this shop?
The Little Gay Shop is a queer marketplace selling art, apparel, books, magazines and much more from exclusively queer artists!
2. Is everything you sell created by a queer artist?
3. How do you source your work?
We find most of our artists through social media and through recommendations. Have an artist whose work you like? Email their work to us at email@example.com or tag us on their social @thelittlegayshop. We are always looking for more artists to carry and more perspectives and experiences to share.
4. Where are you located?
Our address is 828 Airport Blvd. Austin, TX 78702. We have a big ol' gay flag out front - you can't miss it!

Sunday: 9am - 5pm
Monday: 9am - 7pm
Tuesday: 9am - 7pm
Wednesday: 9am - 7pm
Thursday: 9am - 7pm
Friday: 9am - 7pm
Saturday: 9am - 7pm
6. What are you doing to stop the spread of Covid-19?
We take the pandemic very seriously and we've put many systems in place to protect us and you! If you feel unsafe coming into the store, we offer curbside pickup or can schedule a private shopping appointment. We also ship anywhere in the US and Canada. We are wiping down common areas between customers and limiting to two customers in the space. If you have a larger group, please let us know ahead of time. We have multiple hand sanitizers and ask that you use some before entering the shop. We are trying to keep the door open as much as we can to ensure good air flow, but it's Texas and sometimes too hot.
7. Do you offer discreet packaging?
We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable ordering from us, so if you need us to package your order in unbranded, discreet packaging, please let us know! We are happy to! However, the credit card statement and return address will still say The Little Gay Shop.

8. Shipping policy:
We do our best to get packages sent out within 48 hours of purchase. If you have a rush to get an item, please let us know when you place the order. We do not take responsibility for incorrectly entered addresses or lost/misplaced packages. If your item is damaged, please send photos of it to us. If it's on us, we will send a replacement or return the amount if a replacement is unavailable. If the damage was from the carrier, we can file a claim and try and get the money back, but we can't guarantee it. Regardless, we will do our best to do right by you <3
9. Free Shipping Policy:
If you select for a free shipping option, your order will be sent media or ground. If you need an expedited service, please reach out and we can coordinate the difference in cost.
- We will gladly except returns in store within 30 days. Please see our RETURN POLICY for details.
- We are not responsible for the cost of returning the item to the shop. The return label will not be provided.
- You may return online purchases in store with no restocking fee.
11. I'm buying a gift.
We would love to include a customer note or message if you're sending a gift to someone. Email us and we can coordinate a solution <3
12. In-Store Pick up.
If you select the in-store pick up option, please note that all in-store pick ups will be held for 30 days. After 30 days, the items will be returned to stock. We will refund your order minus a 30% restocking fee.
