DICKSWINGERS is a lesbian love letter of Idola and her girlfriend Alessia’s first year living together. Documenting their university year abroad in Paris, New York, their parent’s houses and Berlin, the work was shot in 2021-22, and features a poem by Alessia written during the same period. Exploring lesbian fetishisation, the book plays with themes of desire, sexuality, religion, consumption and beauty.
