Nothing happened

I’ve signed up (or “purchased”) for the book club membership twice in an attempt to join the club and received an email saying that I would receive another email with the next steps but that email has never come. I’m unsure how I find out what the book for the upcoming month will be, how I join the meetings virtually, and how I discuss the book with other members. As far as I know the book club has not been retired so I need some sort of assistance.
